1-year manufacturer warranty**, effective from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use (no physical damage)
- Functional defects in the remote control, power adapter, and included cables
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by accidental drops, water exposure, or improper use
- Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or firmware flashing
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage)
- Damage caused by power surges or incompatible accessories
- Issues resulting from use not in accordance with the user manual
Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact our support team at support@vseeboxcenter.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos
demonstrating the problem.
3. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
4. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement unit or arrange for repair,
at our discretion.
5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective unit, unless
the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.
Out-of-Warranty Support
For products outside the warranty period, we still offer paid repair service.
