This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders purchased from
HONG KONG MAOHAI LONGXING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Please read the terms carefully
before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your
package.
To qualify for return:
- The product must be unused, unmodified, and kept in original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and packing materials must be returned together
- Clear proof of purchase and delivery receipt must be provided
Products damaged due to unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidental
drop, water damage, or user-caused faults are NOT eligible for free return.
2. Return Process
1. Submit your return request to our customer service email (support@vseeboxcenter.com)
and state your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for official return authorization from our team. Do not send back items
without prior confirmation.
3. Ship the goods back to the designated return address provided by our support team.
*Unless the item arrives defective or the wrong item was shipped, customers are
responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges at checkout are
non-refundable.*
3. Refund Arrangement
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm compliance with return
rules:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment account.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional bank processing time for
funds to arrive in your account.
4. Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for items that do not meet full return requirements,
judged case by case by our support team.
5. Damaged / Wrong Item on Arrival
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect products, please take photos of the package
and items within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We will arrange replacement or
refund according to the situation.
