Below is our official shipping information for orders delivered to the United States.
1. Order Processing Time All orders will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time to United States Standard shipping:

3–7 business days after dispatch *Shipping time is an estimated time frame, delays may occur due to logistics carrier, customs inspection or extreme weather. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
3. Shipping Fees Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method selected. Free shipping promotions are valid only within the activity period as marked on product pages.
4. Currently we mainly deliver to addresses within the continental United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with additional shipping fees.
5. Customs & Import Duties Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or brokerage fees charged upon arrival in the destination country. We are unable to pre-pay local import taxes for customers.
6. Tracking Information Once your package is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track shipment status via the official carrier website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages Please contact customer service immediately if your package shows lost delivery or arrives with visible damage. We will work with logistics providers to investigate and offer a reasonable solution based on carrier feedback.
